Privacy Policy

The controller of the data collected on this site is Voltra Coding, with its registered office at Rue du Cortil 35, 6224 Wanfercée-Baulet (Fleurus), reachable at contact@voltra-coding.be.

We only collect personal data through the website's contact form, when you choose to submit it. This processing is based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): without this data we cannot reply to you or prepare a quote.

When you submit the form, your IP address is held in memory for sixty seconds, solely to limit abusive submissions (three per minute): it is neither stored nor transmitted. The number of requests sent is also counted anonymously in our analytics, together with the project type, budget range and timeline — never your name, your email or your message.

Data submitted through the contact form is used exclusively to respond to your request and, where applicable, to prepare a personalized quote. We never use it for unsolicited commercial prospecting and never resell it to any third party.

The data you submit is only shared with providers strictly necessary for the website's operation: Vercel Inc. (United States) for hosting, and Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States) for delivering the email generated by the form, which keeps a technical copy of it for a maximum of thirty days. The email is then received in our business mailbox hosted by OVH (France). Both of these US providers adhere to the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and are bound by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses: this is the basis on which the transfer outside the European Union is framed. No other transmission or sharing with third parties takes place.

Data collected through the contact form is retained for a maximum of 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted or anonymized.

This site sets no tracking cookies and no advertising trackers. Cookieless analytics, provided by our host Vercel, counts page views in an aggregated, non-identifying way, without storing anything on your device. For details, see our cookie policy.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to, and port your personal data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be) if you believe your rights are not being respected.
