  Medical pedicure practice in Lambusart, also working in Fleurus and at patients homes. A clear, reassuring showcase site: treatments explained, the practitioner approach, an FAQ and booking reachable from every page.

  Challenge

  A practice that grew purely by word of mouth, with no online presence to be found by people searching for medical foot care or diabetic foot follow-up in the area.

  Servicing of work vans at the customer’s own site, around Beaumont. A call-driven site: eight services detailed, a four-step journey, and phone or WhatsApp contact from the very first screen.

  Challenge

  A service that takes one sentence to explain — we come to you — but which must inspire trust on mechanical work, and convert both private owners and fleet managers.

  A cost-price tool built for our own haulage activity, on a fleet of tractor units. Six screens: parameters, fleet, detailed cost price, mission simulator, dashboard and sources. Every line is broken out — financing, insurance, wages, social charges, fuel, excise rebate, road toll.

  Challenge

  The spreadsheet used until then priced a job with a formula that counted fixed costs twice and overstated the cost, to the point of turning down profitable work.

  Cost per kilometre, per hour and per day calculated for each truck, a floor price per job, and a consistency panel that flags any missing or doubtful figure instead of quietly estimating it.

  Selling car parts from Belgium to Martinique. A storefront with vehicle selection and the delivered price shown before payment, paired with management software in twelve modules: items, pricing, stock, orders, deliveries, used parts, invoicing and ledger.

  Challenge

  Selling outside the EU VAT territory means quoting an exact delivered price: dock dues, regional dues, local VAT, handling fees and weight-based shipping — without ever surprising the customer on arrival.

  The delivered price is calculated and shown before payment, the real margin on each sale is known including costs, and five VAT regimes coexist in invoicing with a pre-issue control.
