A tool for calculating the operating cost and profitability of a heavy-goods fleet. Six screens: parameters, fleet, detailed cost breakdown, mission simulator, dashboard and sources. Every line item is broken out — financing, insurance, wages, employer contributions, fuel, excise refund, road tax.

- Pricing a trip from a spreadsheet quickly ends up counting fixed costs twice: the cost comes out overstated, and profitable trips get turned down.

Cost per kilometre, per hour and per day computed vehicle by vehicle, a floor price per trip, and a consistency panel that flags any missing or implausible figure instead of silently estimating it. The figures shown in the screenshots are fictitious.

Business toolBakery production planner
The baker enters tomorrow's output — 150 baguettes, 80 loaves, 40 croissants. The tool works out the raw materials, splits the dough across mixers according to their real capacity, divides the bakes by oven capacity, and prints an A4 sheet readable in the bakehouse.

- Splitting dough across several mixers and bakes is done from memory or on a scrap of paper, early in the morning. One rounding error and the third bowl runs short of flour — or a batch gets thrown away.

The plan recomputes as you type, the printed sheet is exactly the screen that was approved, and printing stays locked while any figure is missing: nothing partial reaches the bakehouse. Screens show a demonstration data set, never professional recipes.

On-device AIOn-device modesty filter
A filter that masks what it should before anything is displayed, entirely on the device — the image never leaves the machine. Body-zone detection, then a per-profile rules engine that decides whether to occlude or block. In development.

- This kind of filter fails in both directions: too permissive and it is useless; too strict and it blocks sport, medical imagery, a statue, a person seen from behind. And most publicly available models carry non-commercial licences — unusable in a product meant to be sold.

Zones are a matter of judgement, thresholds a matter of engineering: separating the two axes cut decisions depending on the gender classifier from 82% to 29%. Every model kept carries a three-level licence audit — code, architecture, training set — because any one of the three is enough to make a product unsellable. The screen shows the rules-engine simulator: no imagery, rules only.

AutomationDriver check-in bot
A WhatsApp bot that prompts drivers and records their answers in a shared spreadsheet. Delivered turnkey to a non-technical manager: three desktop shortcuts — start, stop, configure — and nothing else to learn.

Each driver replies in WhatsApp, the app they already use; the row lands in the spreadsheet on its own. Installed in a single session, with a guide and a data-collection sheet. No screenshots published: the only screens that exist hold the client's own data.
